25.000 businesses are now handled automatically by the Commerce and Companies Agency

Commerce and Companies Agency's Inernet registry "Næringsbasen" counts all the Danish restaurants and businesses engaged in trading, storage or transport of food. 

Commerce and Companies Agency wanted to make handling of invoicing, payments and dunning procedures for the thousands of businesses in "Næringsbasen" as easy and automated as possible. At the same time caseworkers could easily follow if the companies had paid and whether reminders were sent. The solution was an integration between "Næringsbasen" and Commerce and Companies Agency Microsoft Dynamics NAV economy solution. Data is retrieved directly from Næringsbasen and automatically transferred to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, where the billing and handling of cash receipts and collection procedures happens. At the same time, information about the payments on the individual company is returned to Næringsbasen so that caseworkers always have the complete.
