• potential suppliers are queried electronically on their prices and estimated delivery time for catalog or inventory items
• dealing with relevant costs and prices and delivery dates are created and transmitted electronic to the customer
• the offer is accepted and executed as an order shipped and billed.

The whole process takes place across the NAV's modules within sales, purchases, and inventory management, and the company has constantly overview of ongoing activities related to the processes.

The solution is often used within broker companies who make their living by providing products fast to their customers. The solution is also included as a part of our maritime industry solutions for suppliers to ships (Ship Suppliers).

 

The solution is Certified for Dynamics and follow Microsoft's Roadmap and statement of Direction for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This means, among other things, that the product is certified for Dynamics NAV and supports Microsoft's demands for quality, customer references and future versions of Dynamics NAV. New released versions are available no later than 3 months after Microsoft's release of new annual product version.
