When going into operation with a new solution is "nothing like before"

After commissioning the new solution, focus must be on the other colleagues who will perform their daily tasks in the new system. The user interface is new and maybe the old workflow should be changed to something new, as the other staff members who have not participated in the test course has to get used to.

Usually it takes a few days before they're comfortable with the new system and perhaps some weeks before they themselves are experiencing the benefits of the new solution.

We propose that the project group will meet during the first week in which it must be held that the Operating test can be carried out, and that the delivered solution also works as agreed in the operating environment:

Then the original project closes and any new tasks which appeared in the course of the project will be upon agreement.
