It is important to discuss and perhaps challenge the issues that you expect a new IT-solution should handle. Sometimes an existing IT-solution handle requirements with standard functionality, and other times it is necessary to program exactly to your wishes-or decide to use the default system, as it is, and instead change the company's workflows and/or specific requirements for that purpose.

Regardless the outcome of the analysis, the initial analysis is very important so both parties agree on what to deliver and at what price and within what time horizon.

The analysis can thus be in the form of your specified requirements, which we analyze and hereafter offers you a quote on programming. However, we have better experience using resources at more closely agreed VisionScope workshops, where, based on your visions and needs, we analyze and document one or more solutions to the discussed challenges - and often based on existing standard systems and any additional modules that we have done that with other companies in your industry before.

This will enable the resources spent on more practical oriented workshops with review of selected, critical and specific workflows, where together we will find the right solution for you, as basic responds to your needs, and then we dive into the detailed analysis of the VisionScope-workshop agreed requirements which were not handled in the default solution and which are necessary in order that you may realize your requirements..

The VisionScope workshop thus results in a VisionScope document, where only the agreed requirements and solutions are specified so that they can be defined and priced at the total project delivery.
