Datanonymize is a SQL tool that can anonymize a company's sensitive personal data

Instead of allowing the IT provider to work directly on the company's databases with sensitive data from, for example, systems such as ERP, financial systems, CRM, Member solution, customer card, etc., you are able to, with our solution: Datanonymize, anonymize the sensitive data so that the IT provider only have access to fictitious and non-sensitive data.

The company takes a backup of the operating database with the sensitive data, which the company anonymize. After that, the IT provider will only access the anonymized SQL database, from which consultancy services, support and, if necessary, programming and testing are performed. Once the corrections have been completed, the IT provider returns the configured SQL database / anonymized solution to the company, that tests and transfers the corrections to their own operating database - possibly via prepared instructions from the IT provider.

In this way, the company, here considered as Data Manager, is given better control over who has access to sensitive data, and external partners, who typically work as Data Processor on your corporate data, no longer have access to the personal sensitive data. This enables the company to document the processes around who has access to which data, which is strengthened with the EU Data Regulation, which will enter into force in May 2018.
